We want you to love your sustainable bedding, which is why we offer a 30-night sleep trial for all first-time purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for your request.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
